Our workshops use poetry, guided discussion, and lived experience to help participants better understand themselves, recognize patterns in their thoughts and behaviors, and develop the ability to communicate what they are going through.
Each session is structured, interactive, and designed to create recognition, connection, and meaningful conversation.
Sessions are typically 120 minutes per 20-25 attendees per block and can be delivered as single events or multi-block programs depending on the setting and need.
Each workshop includes:
Performance and demonstration of poetry
Guided discussion and Q&A
Hands-on exercises based on content
Group sharing and community engagement
