Thomas Walk has been struggling for years with PTSD and suicidal thoughts. The available treatment options weren't effective for him, and family and friends could not reach him. However, he discovered that art and mental health could be intertwined; his creative expression helped him start a path toward peace and wellness. This journey into art and mental wellness reignited his interest in a proper treatment and wellness plan, showcasing how one can transform their mind through creative expression.
